What Buyers Ask. What We Answer.
You are comparing three to five suppliers. Here is what differentiates Lozzar Process — without marketing language.
Confidentiality agreements prevent us from naming customers. What we can state:
Technical Pre-Sizing in 48 Hours
Send us your process data — material, inlet moisture, target moisture, throughput, available heat source — and receive a dimensioned technical response within two business days. Not an offer to schedule a call. Not a brochure. A pre-sized equipment specification with capacity range, energy balance and recommended configuration.
If the request falls outside our portfolio, we say so in the same response.
One Unit or a Complete Plant — Same Supplier
We do not have a minimum project size. A single fluidized bed dryer for a 5 t/h application receives the same engineering attention as a multi-unit drying, separation and heat recovery line for a large fertiliser plant.
One contact. One purchase order. One warranty counterparty. When something needs resolving after commissioning, you know exactly who to call.
Engineered to Your Process, Not Taken From a Catalogue
Standard configurations are the starting point, not the ceiling. ATEX-compliant executions for Zone 1 and Zone 2 classified areas, corrosion-resistant alloy wetted parts for aggressive process media, non-standard drum diameters or fluidisation velocities outside published datasheet ranges — these are routine requests in our technical office, not escalations.
Some equipment manufacturers supply only what is in the catalogue. If your process needs something outside it, we scope and quote it.
Support After the Equipment Ships
Commissioning assistance is a standard part of every project scope, not an optional line item. Spare parts — wear components, filter bags, seals, drive elements — are documented at quotation stage so your maintenance team can plan before the first service interval.
For equipment running continuously in process environments, access to drawings, technical documentation and process data remains relevant for years after delivery. We archive project records and stay reachable.
We Tell You When Something Will Not Work
Rotary dryers are not the right choice for heat-sensitive materials above 180 °C inlet temperature — a spray dryer or paddle dryer is more appropriate. Fluidized bed drying does not scale reliably below 500 kg/h — a belt dryer covers that range more consistently. An MVR evaporator requires clean condensate; if your process stream carries suspended solids, forced circulation evaporation is the safer specification.
We write this into pre-sizing responses, not as a disclaimer at the bottom of the document — because an overspecified or misapplied machine failing in your plant costs both parties more than the honest technical answer costs now.
