Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you contact us — via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this website. Typical data includes: name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, and technical process information provided in an enquiry. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) to collect anonymised traffic data such as pages visited, session duration and browser type. This data is processed by Google and may be transferred to servers in the United States. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out at any time via your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How We Use Your Data
Data you provide is used exclusively to: respond to your technical or commercial enquiry, prepare a quotation or technical pre-assessment, and manage ongoing project communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside the direct project scope. Your contact information may be shared with Ermak Proses (our manufacturing partner in Istanbul) as required to process a technical enquiry.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you contact us, and on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for responding to business enquiries. For established project relationships, processing is based on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 5 years for legitimate business purposes (commercial record-keeping, warranty reference). Project documentation for delivered equipment is retained for 10 years in line with standard engineering liability requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time where this does not conflict with legal retention obligations.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@lozzarprocess.com.
