## How It Works

Material enters at the elevated feed end. The drum slope (1–5°) and internal lifting flights slowly advance material to the discharge end. Flights lift material and shower it through the hot gas stream, maximising gas–solid contact. Gas flow: co-current (gas and material travel same direction — used for heat-sensitive or high-moisture materials) or counter-current (gas opposes material — lower final moisture, used for minerals, aggregates, ore).

Complete system includes: feed conveyor → rotary dryer → cyclone separator (primary dust recovery) → bag filter (final emission control < 10 mg/Nm³) → ID fan → stack. Optional: integrated cooling cylinder, product conveyor, bagging.

## When to Choose Rotary Dryer

**Choose rotary dryer when:**
