Centrifugal force drives particles to the outer wall where they spiral downward into the conical hopper and are discharged. Gas reverses direction at the cone apex, forming an inner upward vortex (inner vortex), and exits clean through the central vortex finder tube at the top. No moving parts, no filter medium, no cleaning mechanism needed.
