Project Design: Following the finalized process design, the final projects are designed and simulated using 2D and 3D solid modeling software.
Manufacturing: ERMAC manufactures high-tech process equipment in its own factory using state-of-the-art automated machinery.
Quality Control: Every stage of process equipment manufacturing is inspected, ensuring compliance with project requirements. All manufacturing personnel renew the necessary certification training annually.
Fabrication: Process equipment whose production and fabrication have been completed is certified with international quality standards such as TUV, CE, ASME, GOST, and EAC in the testing department according to project requirements.
Automation: With its process control software engineers and specialized electrification team, ERMAC ensures perfect harmony between processes by implementing automation systems for designed facilities.
Assembly: Using its extensive EPC experience and expertise, ERMAC carries out the assembly of various types of industrial facilities, including process equipment, along with all necessary construction, steel structures, and auxiliary plants, in line with customer and contract requirements.
Testing and Commissioning: Testing and commissioning mark the final stage in the realization of a project. All process equipment and the plant undergo cold and hot testing on-site in accordance with procedures, ensuring that mechanical and electrical devices are operational. The facility is then brought into operation with the process control automation system.
